Why Khulkar Bolo Exists

Speaking up about workplace problems is not always easy. Khulkar Bolo provides a simple channel for people in the logistics ecosystem to share serious concerns responsibly.

A Channel to Speak

Employees, former employees, vendors, fleet operators and logistics service providers can share concerns about serious workplace misconduct.

Responsible Review

Reports are reviewed before they are considered for escalation. Submission of a report does not automatically mean that the allegations have been verified.

Better Workplaces

The aim is to encourage responsible reporting, improve accountability and support healthier professional environments.

What You Can Report

Serious harassment, intimidation, bullying or inappropriate workplace conduct.

Forced Resignation

Pressure, coercion or unfair practices intended to force an employee to resign.

Unfair PIPs

Potentially abusive or discriminatory performance-management practices.

Bias & Unfair Treatment

Serious discrimination, favoritism or other significant workplace unfairness.

Corruption & Bribery

Suspected bribery, kickbacks, conflicts of interest or serious unethical practices.

Fraud & Serious Misconduct

Suspected fraud, financial misconduct, manipulation or other serious wrongdoing.
